  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter I used Skippy Natural Creamy
  • 1/4 cup Truvia Brown Sugar Blend or 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Truvia Baking Blend or 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg room temperature
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • granulated sugar for rolling

  • Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or ensure it’s nonstick.
