- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 1/2 Tsp. Truvia or 3 Tbsp. white sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter for topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375º F. Spray a 9 inch round or square cake pan with cooking spray.
